Easy and fun. Id say its great.

I have tried several hat aps; this is the best. Allows you to alter size & angle of hats. I do wish it would have an option to write HAPPY BIRTHDAY on the photo.

The app worked once and I made a cute festive pic. Unfortunately two weeks later when I tried to upload another pic the app stopped working. I can drag the bar on the bottom left and right but I cannot upload pics. Bummer

Not only is this app useless, but its an useless app for 1$. Cannot upload pictures from my library. Apple needs to push the creators to fix apps like this or take them off the App Store. If I could give a -negative score I would.

A really fun app. How about more hats like the brown one. I have used that one several times.

I like this app! It does exactly what I wanted it to do. Its definitely in need of some iOS 7 updates, but works. I also would like to see a function where I can write my own message for Birthday greetings, etc. Otherwise, this is a great lil app for turning any photo into a party!

This is my go-to ap whenever I want to celebrate someone in a fun and surprising way!

Simple and intuitive. I use it all the time! Id love to see more available options on objects to add to photos (more hats, maybe mustaches etc).

Good basic app. Needs a few more word options like "Happy Birthday" or "congratulations".
